MINISTRIES

1. Class time: 9:30 am to 12 pm on Saturdays.

2. Absences: If the student is absent, parents must call or notify the school in writing ahead of time. If the

   student is absent for three consecutive weeks without any notice, the student will be automatically

   withdrawn from school.

3. Students are expected to comply with school rules. Students should arrive on time, complete their

   homework, and maintain a respectful learning environment.

4. Parents must participate in parent conferences with the teachers.

5. The school closes at 12:00 noon. Parents must pick up on time. There is a fee of $20 for late pickups after

   12:10.

1. Except for public holidays and long weekends, classes are held throughout the year

2. All tuition fees (including books and miscellaneous fees) must be paid one month prior to the start of the semester:
   Fall semester (September to January) $400,
   Spring semester (February to May) $360,
   Those who fail to pay by the deadline will be removed from the class list and placed on the waiting list.  Students placed on the waiting list may re-enroll when space is available by paying a $10 handling fee.
