TO REGISTER:
Step 1: Open Registration begins 3/15/2013
Registration forms will be accepted beginning 3/15 in person at the Hope Lutheran Church main office (55 San Fernando Way, Daly City, CA 94015), open Monday-Fridays, 10am-4pm. Please come in with a completed registration form and $100 registration fee (checks only) to make an appointment time for SDC Orientation Day.
Step 2: SDC Orientation Day: Saturday, 3/30/2013
After turning in your child's registration form and receiving a confirmed appointment time for orientation, please fill out the student application and gather all necessary information prior to the Parent Orientation date on 3/30/2013. You will turn in your child's application and tuition fee on this day.
Step 3: If any, turn in missing information. Wait for a confirmation email/call from our staff to indicate completed registration.
We have a first-come, first-served policy & we apologize in advance if we cannot accommodate your child due to our efforts to ensure the quality of the program.
Please also note that we will not be providing different payment options should you choose to enroll your child in only a part of the 5-week program. For example, if your child will be on vacation during the first few weeks of camp, you would still have to pay the entire tuition.
